Chevron Renaissance, Surfers Paradise:

Chevron Renaissance consists of 3 towers and an underground commercial car park. Chevron Renaissance Towers are the pinnacle of resort lifestyle with amazing outdoor pools and luxury rooms and is located in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Chevron Renaissance is one of our larger clients and has a large array of pumping equipment and mechanical services. We carry out an in depth 6 monthly service maintenance program on all of their pumping and mechanical equipment and also carry out on-going maintenance and breakdown repairs. We have a fantastic working relationship with Chevron Renaissance and look forward to working with them into the future.

50 Cavil Ave, Surfers Paradise:

50 Cavill Ave is a large commercial office building which houses some of the Gold Coast's leading corporate businesses. With a basement that goes down 20 metres underground, the pumping equipment needed for a building of this nature is extraordinary. With the building's foundations built below the water table level and the constant flow of ground water, the stormwater pumps are heavily relied upon. We carry out a 3 monthly service maintenance agreement on all the building pumping and mechanical services and also carry out maintenance and breakdown repairs. We endeavour to continue our fantastic working relationship we have with the Building Managers of 50 Cavil Ave, long into the future.

Corporate Centre:

The Corporate Centre which is located in Bundall is one of the Gold Coast's most premium office buildings. With its unique design the building is one the it’s kind. We carry out a 3 monthly service maintenance program on all of the building's pumping and mechanical services and also carry out on-going maintenance and breakdown repairs. As the Corporate Centre has a large amount of pumping and mechanical services we strive to ensure our client equipment is reliable and well maintained.

CB Richard Eliis:

CB Richard Ellis is one of the largest Property Management companies in the world. CB Richard Ellis won the REIA 2010 Commercial Agency and Property Manager of the Year. At present we currently look after more than 15 commercial properties for CB Richard Ellis and are currently tendering for further properties. We offer CB Richard Ellis a wide range of service maintenance programs and carry out all their maintenance and breakdown repairs. We have a great working relationship with all CB Richard Ellis property managers and look forward to working with them in the future.

Ephraim Island is a prestige residential address like no other. Ephraim Island has emerged as a unique residential island community on the northern Gold Coast. The backbone of Ephraim Island is its master plan based around two water front view corridors, one running east-west along the bridge to South Stradbroke Island and the other north-south to Surfers Paradise. With a large array of pumping and mechanical services we currently carry out an in depth 4 monthly service maintenance program and also carry out all the maintenance and breakdown repairs. Located in the heart of Burleigh Heads, Mediterranean Towers are one of our medium-sized service maintenance customers. We carry out a 3 monthly service maintenance program and maintenance and breakdown repairs on all of their pumping equipment and mechanical services.

Regency on the Beach:

Situated right on the beach at Palm Beach, Regency On The Beach is one of our smaller clients. We carry out an in-depth 6 monthly service maintenance program on the pumping and mechanical services and also carry out maintenance and breakdown repairs on the pumping equipment and mechanical services.
